Patrol service
The patrol service consists of regular G4S security patrol inspections of guarded sites, during which our security staff check the condition of the sites. Every inspection is recorded and can be replayed, ensuring a transparent service. G4S has 75 security patrols across Estonia, giving the opportunity to provide the service all over Estonia (except small islands).
If damage has been caused to the site or there is a risk of damage, the security staff will inform the G4S Control Centre and start guarding the site. The client's representative is also informed immediately, the situation is resolved independently or the police and rescue services are involved, depending on the case. Security staff will not leave the scene until the client's representative arrives.
Security patrols are equipped with special and communication equipment (handcuffs, pepper spray, fire extinguishers, first aid supplies) and have completed the training necessary for their work. In emergency situations, security officers will notify the G4S Control Centre, which will send an additional number of security patrols to the site, depending on the situation.

If your site is known to be under constant control, it keeps unwanted persons away. It is possible to guard places where technical surveillance solutions are not reasonable.

A spot check is more affordable than the constant presence of a security guard at the site. At the same time, it ensures quick detection of cases and has a preventive effect. The patrol service is also a good solution for constant control of public spaces - parks, bus stops, public squares, children's playgrounds, sports facilities. The service is used by several municipalities across Estonia, as a result of which the preservation and order of property in public space is guaranteed.
